Kings, cattle and kingdoms: How the Swazi nation shaped the De Kaap Valley
The Swazi Kingdom emerged during a period of significant change in southern Africa. De Kaap Echo explores the rise of the Swazi Kingdom and the important role that kings, cattle and community played in shaping life in the region long before the arrival of prospectors.
