🎥R1,000 voucher up for grabs at OppiDam’s Vlotilla

If you have not yet made plans for December 29, OppiDam is offering a festive way to round off the year with Vlotilla, a water-based party at Vygeboom Dam followed by live entertainment in the evening.

OppiDam will kick off its year-end celebrations early with this event, which will begin on Vygeboom Dam at 17:00. Visitors are invited to take part using boats, rafts, tubes or anything else that floats their boat (pun intended) and enjoy the late afternoon and early evening on the water.

A R1,000 Ararat voucher will be awarded to the group on the raft showing the most spirit, adding a fun competitive element to the afternoon.

At 20:00, the celebration will continue at Ararat, OppiDam’s restaurant and pub, where Pieter Rischmüller, also known as Piet Pompies, will provide live music.

With Vlotilla taking off later in the afternoon, visitors may want to consider booking a sleepover to make the most of the evening’s celebrations.
